Post-production is usually where the tone will find its perfect balance. In the edit, pacing is everything. Holding on quiet, atmospheric moments just long enough to build tension, then cutting in a way that keeps the audience leaning in. Color grading, done by our friend Tashi who has worked on movies like Avatar 2 and 3, played a huge role in enhancing the otherworldly feel. Pushing the desert into something almost alien and surreal, while sound design filled the silence with subtle textures that made the world feel vast and empty. It’s in post that the film fully transforms, Our film is currently being edited using Blackmagic Design’s Davinci Resolve Studio.
